3D Prototyping: A Beginner's Guide

You don't need deep CAD knowledge to create your first 3D prototype. In Design Studio, describe your product idea in natural language: "design a solar-powered camping lantern". The AI produces a full engineering package with specs and a concept image.

A good prompt contains three things: what the product is, who it is for, and the most critical constraint (size, weight, cost). The more specific you are, the more accurate the generated BOM and specifications.

Once the concept is approved, start 3D model generation and export GLB/STL. Remember: AI outputs are preliminary designs — validate dimensions and material choices with an engineer before manufacturing.
