By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the platform.
Service Usage
By using the Nexus Design AI platform, you agree to the following terms:
• Platform is for users 18 years and older
• You are responsible for your account security
• You may only use the platform for legal purposes
• You are responsible for content you create
• You must respect intellectual property rights
AI Design Services
About our AI design services:
• AI-generated designs are for guidance purposes
• Professional engineering review is recommended before production
• Commercial use rights depend on license type
• Free plan: Personal use only
• Pro/Enterprise plan: Commercial use rights included
Payment and Subscription
Payment terms:
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe
• Subscriptions auto-renew
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current period
• First-time Pro subscriptions are refundable within 30 days
• Renewals and used credits are non-refundable
• Price changes notified 30 days in advance
Plans:
• Free: 3 designs/month (free)
• Pro: $49/month — 50 designs/month
• Enterprise: Custom pricing — Contact Sales
Usage Restrictions
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
• Actions that compromise platform security
• Creating harmful or illegal content
• Violating other users' rights
• Spam or automated bot usage
• Reverse engineering or source code extraction
• Attempting to exceed API limits
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights:
• Platform and technology: Owned by Nexus Design AI
• User content: Owned by the user
• AI outputs: Usage rights per license type
• Third-party content: Owned by respective owners
License levels:
• Free: Personal, non-commercial use
• Pro: Commercial-use rights as stated in the current plan and order terms
• Enterprise: Rights are defined only in the signed agreement
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be patentable, free of third-party rights, or manufacturable.
Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer:
• Service is provided "as is"
• No guarantee of 100% uptime
• AI output accuracy is not guaranteed
• No liability for indirect damages
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid
